MANAGEMENT:

The AHA Group runs the complex and have a vested interest to fill the units to ensure income for unit owners.
There are various other large stakeholders including ‘Tourvest’, and ‘Dream Vacations’ who together own 42 units of the 100. Thus indicating a vested interest in ensuring that AHA Alpine Heath resort is a well known tourist destination to constantly provide income.

OWNERS USE:

Owners can elect to keep certain times for own use and out of the rental pool. The income that would have been derived from the rental of the unit is then deducted from the owner account. If an owner elects to put all their time into the rental pool, then all the income that is derived by the complex is divided proportionately and equally amongst the unit owners.
